They are both about the most reliable sport sites in Portugal. Bur the OJogo site says it will be difficult for Benfica to sign Cisse because he already played in Champions League.

By the way, what do you guys think about Cisse? Looks to me you like him, is he that good?

I'd like Cisse to stay though he has not lived up to his price tag I think that he will produce the goods. I think he is going to stay, and this in my opinion is just another rubbish rumour.

Haha, I mentioned Simao weeks and weeks ago as a guy we should sign, would love him to come here.

Would you give Cisse plus 15 million euros for him? We love Simao in Benfica, he is our best player, but i think Cisse is a good striker also. I think that deal would be good for us, not for you. :eyebrow

Unless you dont need a good striker and you need a good winger. We need both here, lol.

alvega he is the fastest player i have ever seen but he has to fit in with liverpools style of play a lot better also im not sure how much benitez rates him i wouldnt be suprised if your reports were true as you know we lost michael owen to newcastle this morning alvega you have no idea how bad most of us feel about that so thats why your reports might be true, if rafa wanted owen then he is not happy with our forward line. thanks again alvega :nod

One thing i stiil don't understand from this news and looks the other Benfica fans don't either. Because some guys are commenting Cisse may come on a loan and others say its a regular transfer. The nes don't specify that. If it is on loan, none of us want to sell Simao for 12 million or even 15 million. He is the brain of Benfica, he solves the games for himself, some with free kicks other by dribbling 2 or 3 defenders and scoring.

no, probably not. Thats pretty steep, I would say 15-20 million euros without Cisse.

kopite ive looked all over the web about simao coming and its only being reported on the portuguese sites so we will find out soon by midnight tonight

If you ask my opinion, i'd say you are getting Simao (but only if you pay 15 million euros, ,not 12) and we are not getting Cisse, because he already played in the Champions League. We need a striker alright, but we are trying Cavenaghi. He didnt play on Champions League and wants to come, and if you ask me, i prefer Cavenaghi other than Cisse.
