Know offsaid will be wisteled when the player who is offsaid exualy touching the ball !!!!
This a stupid law..........because now a player who is making a run for a long pass wouldn't know that he is un an offsaif position until he touches the ball and he will run a sprint for nothing!!
The old law is when a player is "activly involved in the play" then the offsaid flag would be raised

.......if Xabi passes the ball and Nando wouldn't run so nothing would happen.....but if Nando won't know his is in offsaid position and make a run for it and touches the ball then the flag would be raised!!!The offsaid flag would be raised in this circumstances:
1. if the player is in offsaid position and he touches the ball after a pass fron his team mate or touches the ball from the goal post or from the goalkipers save.
2. if a player is in an offsaid position and he interfires the defender from touching the ball or blocks the view of the ball to the goalkiper.
A lot of people realy hate this law because it is going to bring chaos to the game.........I'm one of this people!!!!
