i thought le tallec was a little out of his depth, and looked jaded at times. ive never liked him, and dont think he has a long term future at LFC. Rafa will see to that. i dont want a bolton wanderer attitude (allerdyce does it week in week out) - to turn cr'ap players into ordinary ones and say thats ok....just like Houllier did, or as allerdyce does, turn ending careers to a couple of seasons in our premiership.

we are liverpool and better than this

Morientes did everything well except putting away his chances but apart from that he did well, he got his team-mates involved into the game and created chances for them.

Morientes will come good, he played well against Wrexham and scored two goals. It just happens that he had a poor night and now he's sh1t. Give it time will ya

Anyone else gonna give their out of 10 scores then?? Dont need an explanation just the score, at least then we can a general feel for how WE ALL saw the team as individual entities!!!

morientes played rubbish, couldn't finish, how did he get up there!
same with carra, he did nothing wrong but didn't do much either

Le tallec has got 29 votes for Man of the match, it must be off his family and friends, Thought the 1st half we played well especially the 1st 30 minutes but a combonation of the heat and lack of match practice pretty much put an end to the fast flowing attacks.

Its hard to judge players in games like this but ill have a go.......Stevie G and Alonso just look like they love playing together, they 100% trust each other and thats so important in the middle of the park, Stevie makes a run and Alonso finds him, thought risse looked shattered to be honest at the end and quite surprised he left he on all game, he struggled with fitness last night, Le tallec for me is not good enough, ok he played upfront but if your of premiership class against a team like that you can play anywere and should play well, he had a chance to shine and blew it for me. back four and Reina had nothing to do really but Reina still found time to prove that if you get in his way, hes gonna wack you and the ball to safety and it was great to see him come out with a flying punch and nearly knock risse out...Love all that me....Of the rest Bolo got me excited, another type of player we lack, If risse is gonna play left wing at times he should watch Zenden, just one touch and get the ball in the box his little dinks to the back stick caused havoc and got me thinking "how many would crouch have got in the last 10??" Ive questioned the possible signing of Crouch many times but when you see the way Bolo plays you can understand why Rafa wants him. Cisse's pace is just wrong but i dont like him right wing, needs to be upfront. Potter did ok 1st half but he will struggle to ever get near the 1st team, still he showed potential and could have a decent future....Thing thats everyone covered, feel free to b0llock me if you disagree with anythin ive said!!
