just to make you aware, scottbot recently made the very controversial statement that he thinks chelsea are better than chelsea (see the gooners in retrospect thread).

now i'm no football expert, but i agree with him.

It depends - when they are on a run, full of confidence, then Chelsea are better that Chelsea.  However, saying that, with some key investment, and personnel changes, Chelsea could be better than Chelsea.
