if its true, it would give the lad first team experience. A first premiership win under the belt is very handy for confidence.

This I understand CRA, but a goal keeper needs to command the area, hes only 19 and we need to win this one, would leave it for a while, and let him play in the reserves for a bit.
But then again if Benitez has confidence in him and thinks hes ready, Its nothing to do with me who getspicked.

that is true, i know we have to win, but aswell as a team ready to challenge for next year(they say so) with the goal keeper for the future. Giving him a game now might be good, but experience over youth aswell. I doubt the boss will play carson now, seeing he has played what 3 games in the reserves?

as you will see in my "lets see some continuity" thread, i don't see the advantage of changing the team at all after tuesday.

Dunno how true it is, but I understood Carson was not at fault for any of the goals, and indeed stopped a bigger defeat.
Not sure I'd risk him to start tho, maybe look at usin him if we go well clear in the second half, but then that could be a waste of a sub. Always kinda awkward to 'blood' a young 'keeper, especially with the chase for fourth bein so close. Anyway, I dont think Dudek did alot wrong on Tuesday, so by that token why swap?

Beside the Hillsborough Flame, I heard a Koppite mournin, "Why so many taken on that day?" Justice has never been done. But their memory we'll carry on. There'll be Glory Round The Fields Of Anfield Road

Can't find the source anywhere......so Dudek should be playing against fulham.

Dudek is doing ok so far. No reason to drop him.

Lynds Carson let in four goals that no keeper could stop, and he saved another 20 goals. He's a great prospect and if Rafa is going to start Carson then what the hell
