Didn't see any of it on a stream. Saw the lineup and it looked awful

Ok, it's not about a LFC pre-season fixture... But.... I'm watching Arsenal v City at the minute. It's really hard to see Arsenal not coming top again this season coming.
City look a bit all over the place tbh.

Yeah, I said a few months ago Arsenal have started being good at the perfect time. We've dropped in form, City have as well plus one of the world's best managers has just left them so Arsenal are left with very weakened opposition for the title. I can easily see them winning the title for a few seasons in a row, certainly this season I don't really see anyone capable of surpassing them.

On the plus side, Arsenal aren't City and Arteta isn't Guardiola, so getting to Arsenal's level should IMO be easier than when we had to battle with City for the title.

Yup as painful as it is I think Arsenal will retain it. They've got a settled squad and manager. Wonder who will give them a challenge though, City will be thereabouts but will be interesting to see how Chelsea do or United.

Hope Klopp had stuck for bit longer, could've dominated for few years.

Agree with Damjan though, bar ain't that high compared to Peps City.

Well I've seen enough in 45 mins to say that Jacquet is a HUGE upgrade on Konate. And a goal to top off a unbelievable half.

Its on LFCTV boys. Munoz looked really good in the earlier game, he played about 40 mins of that game and hes on the bench today. I'd expect him to get the last 20 mins of this. The fans have got a new song for Jacquet .. its Paddy the Baddy song but obviously with Jacquets name instead.

I like Kumas’s tenacity and constant pressing, I can see him getting minutes this season with this manager. He’s definitely got some bite to him but can he finish consistently at the higher level is the question.

As for Arsenal I still think they are bottlers. They only won last year as they got so many favorable decisions, they spoilt football and the referees let them. I don’t think I’ve hated a team like Arsenal since Chelsea.

Anyway Arsenal always seem to start strong then fade, hopefully this year will be the same. I do think we will do better this year and are more than capable of pushing them.
