All forest atm. Our midfield is not even contesting for the ball and we keep hitting hopeful passes up top. Gakpo and Jones frustrate the life out of me. They will always throw themselves to the ground at the slightest touch felt.

Can't keep the ball for 5 seconds. Why do we struggle against these so much? It's certainly not the low block.

We take way too many unnecessary touches. Under Klopp it was first time, or one touch then pass. That kind of football unsettled teams. Now we get the ball, stroll around, wait for anyone to move, ignore them, then pass back.

Prime example from Ekitike.. he had Salah running through, easy through ball, but he chose to hold on and run into traffic.

They wont get stuck in for a ball especially a 50/50. Gameplan just isnt good enough

Its a painful watch again this. Nothing is flowing at all here, the press is non existent, and Macca cant even make a successful 5 yard pass.

The only positive is that we are defending pretty resolutely, we certainly dont look as ropey at the back as we did before Christmas. Cant string two passes together going the other way though, awful.
