Liverpool Football Club - Games

Postby ycsatbjywtbiastkamb » Sat Oct 25, 2025 8:57 am

Be great if we can back Wednesday's convincing performance up with another later today against this mob, tough place to go for sure but we need to stop messing around and start acting like the champions we undoubtably are.
Go into this prepared to roll your sleeves up and run your socks off and everything else will look after itself, everything else will fall into place, the skills are there in your feet, all you have to do is be prepared to out-work/out-graft anyone you meet, remember when you back each other up back each other up to the hilt COYR YNWA

Eintracht was a good win to finally end our bad run but I thought they didn't play that well, this one will be much tougher IMO.

Ekitike for me must start and I really can't understand why we're even talking about this. He's been our best signing so far and probably our best forward. He's at his best at CF too, I don't care how much Isak cost or that he needs game time, he's simply not performing right now and shouldn't be starting games, winning is more important than getting him up to speed.

I'd have Chiesa start instead of Salah but that won't happen.

I said it back in August, Arne isn't doing anyone any favors by constantly starting Kerkez. He needs to be on the bench and Robbo in the starting line-up

The biggest questionmark for me is Wirtz. I'd have him start tbh, with Szobozlai and Jones/MacAllister behind him (if Gravenberch is still injured).

Tough game, hope we end out EPL rot. I'd definitely start Wirtz, lad has regained some confidence back so why ruin that. Love to see Chiesa start over Salah but wont happen. Bit nervy for this one.

The manager can keep starting Mo that's up to him it's his choice but if he wants to remain Liverpool manager i'd humbly suggest to the fella that he'd be better served picking someone in better form. With 10 losses in our last 20 odd games and with Jurgen looming large in the background make no mistake the man's job is on the line, one result against a flaky Frankfurt side isnt going to change that.
If he wants to gamble his future on an ageing and out of sorts Mo Salah good luck to him.

These are highly paid and highly skilled footballers, they should bounce straight back and batter Brentford, we're way more capable than they are.

To say anything less quite frankly is a joke.

Looks like Mo is back in the starting XI, the manager must be on drugs or maybe he doesn't like it here and wants out. If he loses this tonight i want Klopp back.

Embarrassing.

Something is very wrong.

How was that not a penalty? What is actually happening here?

Real head scratcher for me. Key decisions have been going against us.

How's he only added 3 mins on when they're taking over a minute every throw in they get wiping ball. Glad we scored there, gives us a little bit of hope but that was a poor half.

I dont know what Brentford are moaning about, they were taking the ***** all half taking an age to take a throw in cleaning the ball with a towel etc. Have to say i'm rapidly losing faith in the manager, his insistence on playing Mo is beyond baffling,
