Defo not playing suppose it's safer than losing him for 2 months

Reports are saying that VVD is out with a tight hamstring  Disappointing but if Lovren can't capitalise on this then there is no hope for him. Karius is set to replace Mingolet as well so Klopp must have finally lost patience with him which isn't a bad thing. Both are decent shot stoppers but neither can command their area so its no loss imo. At least Karius has the ability to learn I hope.
This is always going to be a massive test for us and if we are on form with a proper game plan we can certainly beat them

The lads have to be on their A game today. We've got no leadership at the back and have weakened in attack. This is going to be a tough game and I'm hoping it won't be painful to watch.

Would have preferred Lallana to the Ox, and if fitness was ok Sturridge on the bench ahead of Solanke.

Not many attacking options on the bench.

Too bad about VVD, but good line-up overall. Ox deserved to start ahead of Lallana, he's been in better form lately.
