Am pleased to see we're holding out for £30 up front for Benteke. Am pretty confident we'll get what we want as some clubs push the panic button towards transfer deadline day.

This is just delaying our transfers. If all we're looking for is a couple million today rather than down the line dependent on performances then I'd rather we had just taken the deal. He has no future at the club and 30mill for a bench player is decent money.  Get rid asap and get to signing a left back and a central midfielder (we could also do with cover for right back).

Yaya Toure left out of the City squad for the second game running. We should put in a cheeky bid.

How often do 'add ons' get paid? I don't blame the club for not selling on the cheap as Palace are desperate. As are West Ham and Sunderland. All three will pay through the nose for a striker before the window shuts and all three would be wise to cough up for Benteke now before the deadline day panic sets in.

Could we though? I'd rather wait for our new german keeper to get fit than spend £15m on a bottler

Benteke would be a good player for Arsenal but being honest I'd rather they signed him than some of the other names they are being heavily linked with like Lacazette and Draxler.

Joe hart is a tw.at. can't stand him would never want him to play for us.

Hart would be a huge improvement on what we have. Not sure they'd want to sell him to a competitor though.

Pep is replacing Hart for the same reasons Klopp replaced Mignolet with Karius. It would make no sense at all.
