I knew he was very talented... but I thought that he was just a trickster, a solo artist who tries to do too many things by himself and as a result would not be as successful as he should. But so far he has been performing week in week out, scoring goals and making a difference. Martin Jol said that he has coached his defenders everything he knew about Suarez but that it might not help because Suarez is so unpredictable. Well it exactly happened the way Jol predicted. The thing I like about Suarez the most is that when he plays he always gives 100% and this is very rare for talented players like him. He does the dirty work... all he wants to do is win. It is pure passion for him and he is truely world class. To me he has come a long way in silencing his critics... And as long as he carries on like he is doing now not many fans will hold a grudge against his indiscretions in the summer.

Now, if only he commits his future to Liverpool... I'm dreaming...

You "had doubts" about Suarez's ability?

Really?

???

The lads a top, top, top, top, top, top, player and has shown that in pretty much every game since he's signed. How anyone can have any doubts about quite possibly the 3rd best player in the world is beyond explanation.

From memory I think Magu was questioning Luis's wild side and not his footballing ability. Personally I love his wild side and if a bit of crazy behaviour was required to show the club the extent of his ambition then so be it. I wish half the players would show a quarter of his desire.

Great to see that he is getting some of the fans that would have let him go in the summer back on side. Let's face it he's a bit tricky  not to like for very long !!! If we don't give him what he needs to win trophies and titles he will go. I said in the summer that he owed us another season because of his misdemeanours and so far we couldn't have asked for more.

There is simply no chance I'd have sold him. No how, no way. the lads a complete and utter genius on the pitch. His skill and game intelligence are out of this world. We've had some special players at this club over the years and for, he's the most talented to ever pull on the shirt. I just hope he stays here long enough to be considered as one of the greats.

The only word you can use to describe people who wanted him sold and still want him out is "whopdong".

Since Uruguay have won 5-0 in Jordan, hopefully they'll give us Suarez back early.

Yeah we should have sold him to Arsenal for 30m when we had a chance

Aspas and Borini can easily cover him, no big loss   :suspect:

Definately, Rodgers was naive for keeping Suarez, he's a disgrace yada yada yada... I want him sold blah de blah de blah...

On a serious note... how good would Arsenal be if they had him upfront instead of Giroud? ???

Nah...none...nadda...zilch...zero! As some plastic Spurs supporter would have told you, he's useless and brings disgrace to the club and his wild side cannot be curb. He need to be sold pronto, and 30-40 mil would be good for us to get some unknown foreign names into the club as replacement. I like to know what he is smoking today...I could use some for the weekend

No goals but he did manage to get a ridiculous amount of press for a dive that Ashley Young usually pulls off about five times a match !! The gutter press really are a shower of desperate fkrs !!!

I'll tell you whats ridiculous....

How good a player this lad actually is.

I can't even bring myself to cheer or applaud him anymore or even talk about him.

The only thing I can do is laugh... He's quite literally beyond belief!!!

Those goals against West Brom the other week were works of art in football form. Anyone who questions the existance of magic really needs to watch this lad play.
