Wondering if we'll see this fella in a three at the back formation against Newcastle or a standard foursome ? Either way I know he'll make his presence felt.

Foursome ay woof... ???

Sick *****.

Was talking to Andre Wisdom before in the Village and he reckons Rodgers is leaning towards this 3-5-2 (which isn't a bad thing in my opinion).

Would prefere to see Agger back in the side if I'm honest. Also, wouldn't mind seeing Gerrard moved there as a sweeper for a game against some lesser sides to see if that would work.

It's strange though for me, yes I haven't seen much to say that he set the world alight, even when he had better games against Sunderland and Palace and showed what he is capable off, but when tested against a better opposition (Newcastle) he disappointed. His lack of concentration and decision making let's him down a lot. However, what strange is that a lot of PSG fans that I have talked to really rated him (even PSG season ticket holders) so for me I was excited with his signing and I won't judge until I've seen him getting tested again against stronger sides, maybe he will surprise us.

Other than that, I agree with you, there isn't a player there yet

don't agree, I think he's looked pretty good in his short time here.

Think he has had a reasonable start with us. Showed some good moments and a few dodgy ones as well. Will judge him in a few months time, too early to form a real opinion on him now.  I think the fee may have been a little over the top but again in a few months time, it may look a snip so will wait and see

Think he has looked ok - had some very dodgy moments but doesn't look better than Skrtel. Would expect a lot more with the money paid out for him.

Would like to see Ilori given a run out.

Yeah sure did, just walked upto him, said hello, then started to tell him about how I got my first ever birdie.

Because thats actually all I ever talk about in real life.

Honest.

i thought the defence in general did alright.
it`s not easy when your midfield is getting over run and especially against a team like arsenal who move the ball about so well.
they needed 2 very good strikes to beat us and to be fair there wasnt much they could do about the second, even the first had an element of luck about it.
toure nearly gifted them a goal with a slack backpass but apart from that i thought the defence did okay.
you`d do well to hold out against a team that enjoyed the type of dominance in midfield that arsenal had today.
