Luis has brought alot of it on himself im afraid. He called Evra that, he admitted he called him that! John terry did far worse anyone can see what he did, yet he stood in court and denied everything.
He dives alot, he has been shown diving again and again. Our Manager comes out and defends him before a game and he responds how? by doing it again!
Once a story gets traction the likes of shock jocky george galloway wade it to get names in the paper.
The answer is simple, DONT GIVE THEM A REASON!
So once again we come down to this. Is the whole FA, Media, FIFA and the world out to get us? Or do we give them a reason to print or comment on a story?
what you say is true but i think your missing the point, managers dont want their players to stop buying pens, if luis stopped diving he`d be practically the only player in the league to do so. managers are the biggest hypocrites on the planet, one minute moaning about something that goes against them and then the next justifying a dive or a blatant handball that works in their favour.
no one is saying luis doesnt bend the rules, what we are saying is everyone does!
whats bewildering is the media`s reaction to suarez`s dive, you`d swear they`d never seen a dive before, luis has been in this country 18 months, the likes of drogba and pires were throwing themselves to the floor in a thespian manner a decade ago, a decade before that jurgen klinnsmann took the p1ss out of himself with a mock `dive` celebration when he was playing for spurs. the papers were full of discussions about diving 20 years ago.
luis suarez didnt invent diving, he didnt introduce it into the english game, he`s not even the worst diver in the league..so why is he taking tons of flak?
