You are absolutely right
The silence from the club is deafening. Someone with intelligence and wit could point out the shameless hypocrisy of these tw@ts and make absolute cu'nts out of the "impartial" referees.
We are toothless when it comes to defending ourselves

When we do defend ourselves, we get even more criticism. The club defended Suarez and even issued a statement and a t-shirt show of support and it didn't go down well. Our image took a battering from that and Chelsea can't say anything, they fined Ashley Cole for using Twitter.

yeah, since luis arrived in england he`s had it from all angles, ferguson went infront of the tv camera`s and live on air called upon liverpool football club to sell him for the good of the game in this country, the british FIFA delegate jim boyce (he`s actually the FIFA vice president) said luis actions against stoke were `nothing less than cheating` and diving was a `cancer` within the game and luis has even had MP`s like george galloway calling for him to be deported.
it`s probably quicker to list the people within the game who havent had a go at him.

Yeah the problem is the 180 degree turn the club did when the going got tough. It hung Suarez and Kenny out to dry!

I can imagine what would happen if Hillsborough had happened in this current environment, the club would have kept quiet as the muppets in the media had a field day printing and saying that the club and its fans "deserved" to die.  :no

What makes an individual or a club great is their strength and courage to stand up to adversity in the from b**ls**t and 'popular' opinion of the day. Especially when those opinions are wrong and bias, hence the great man in my avatar........

The club should come out fighting over this, we have nothing to lose as everyone seems to hate us at the moment anyway.
Why not come out with a statement saying that Luis is nowhere near the worst cheat in the premiership but acknowledge that it is a problem and recomend the establishment of a panel to examine all games and hand out fines to players caught blatantly cheating.

And if he was a man utd player you would all be saying the same thing.

Luis has brought alot of it on himself im afraid. He called Evra that, he admitted he called him that! John terry did far worse anyone can see what he did, yet he stood in court and denied everything.

He dives alot, he has been shown diving again and again. Our Manager comes out and defends him before a game and he responds how? by doing it again!

Once a story gets traction the likes of shock jocky george galloway  wade it to get names in the paper.

The answer is simple, DONT GIVE THEM A REASON!

So once again we come down to this. Is the whole FA, Media, FIFA and the world out to get us? Or do we give them a reason to print or comment on a story?

What if its both? What if Suarez promises not to dive again and keeps his word?
Do you think that if he has a legitimate shout for a penalty this week or next week that he will get it? Or has his "reputation" spoilt it for him and now he will never get a penalty even if he is hit on the head with a baseball bat? Because if thats the case the hypocrites who run football shouldnt be going on about lack of respect or cheating when they themselves are the worst.
Football is rotten and biased and unfortunately it has taken Suarez to highlight this yet the press are supportive of the anti-Suarez/LFC movement. Terry and Cole are prime examples of how someone can get away with arguably worse behaviour because they are english.
Dont believe me? Then just imagine what would have happened if Suarez had said what Terry said or tweeted what Cashley did?
Fu'ck the lot of them!!!

While i can see that your angry, Luis is bringing it on himself Brod and Gerrard defended him before the stoke game. He let them down with his actions.

Luis by his own words called Evra something that the press would have a field day with! You expect them not to blow it up into a huge story? Terry isnt stupid he denied it (we all can see what he is saying and we all know he said it) and a court of law couldnt convict him! Cole was a none story anyway not even in the same league as Terry and Luis.

I dont belive there is a deep dark anti lfc movement within the FA or the Media. Why bother? we are hardly need knocking down a peg or two right now do we?

If he stops throwing himself on the ground and gets a legit pen turned down we complain simple. After about 3 stone wall jobs a ref will get in trouble as the FA will have to act. After which the other refs will have to start thinking about it with a semi normal view.

I often wonder if this was one of our fringe players like Jay Spearing or maybe everyones fave player Joe cole how much "support" they would get.

I will stand by a player when they are in the right. As is stands Luis is wrong.

what you say is true but i think your missing the point, managers dont want their players to stop buying pens, if luis stopped diving he`d be practically the only player in the league to do so. managers are the biggest hypocrites on the planet, one minute moaning about something that goes against them and then the next justifying a dive or a blatant handball that works in their favour.
no one is saying luis doesnt bend the rules, what we are saying is everyone does!
whats bewildering is the media`s reaction to suarez`s dive, you`d swear they`d never seen a dive before, luis has been in this country 18 months, the likes of drogba and pires were throwing themselves to the floor in a thespian manner a decade ago, a decade before that jurgen klinnsmann took the p1ss out of himself with a mock `dive` celebration when he was playing for spurs. the papers were full of discussions about diving 20 years ago.
luis suarez didnt invent diving, he didnt introduce it into the english game, he`s not even the worst diver in the league..so why is he taking tons of flak?

The papers have a stick. Everytime luis throws himself on the floor like the stoke game which is one of the worst dives ive ever seen they will beat us with it.

They would do so with anyone else. Its what the media do the get a story run it and look for milage. The fact hes been in trouble before adds to the mix even better.

The media love to have a villan be it a celeb or footballer luis plays into the roll everytime he takes a swan dive. I hear what you say about everyone else buying pens, and i agree. However he needs to cut the over the top reactions, and the dives where NO ONE EVEN TOUCHES HIM! out.

Klins was so expected to dive that in his first game of his spurs the weds fans had been given a 10 cut out to hold up when he went down. what happened? He didnt do it, then took the *****!

i brought klinnsmann into the discussion mate in order to point out that diving was a hot topic of conversation within the english game 20 years ago, and as you yourself have pointed out sheffield wednesday fans were taking giant strictly-come-dancing-style score cards to a game to mock a player regarded as a diver...nearly a quarter of a century ago!! suarez probably wasnt even born when that was all going on.
thats why i find this press reaction to suarez`s dive so bewildering, listening to them you`d swear suarez brought it over to this country like sir walter raleigh brought back a spud or whatever it was he brought back from south america.

I brought Klins in as if you look there was a page spread called 'Why I hate Jurgen Klinsmann'. Its author accused Klinsmann of cheating, histrionic behaviour. He was the luis of his day. Yet he didnt cheat once he got to england, the papers had nothing to write about and it was turned by the smart german goal machine into a joke. The press where on his case just as bad if not worse.

http://www.onthisfootballday.com/footba ... nsmann.php

And thats before he even kicked a ball!

I will say this one more time. LUIS NEEDS TO STOP GIVING THEM AMMO!

Have to agree with this. If Luis didn't throw himself around the way he does there wouldn't be a problem. He should have won a penno agains the mancs a few weeks ago but because of the way he threw his head in the air as he went down the ref didn't give it because it looked like he was trying to con him. The one at Stoke last week was embarrassing given the way Rodgers had come out and defended him. I thought it made the manager look a bit stupdi if i'm honest. If Luis stopped cying wolf for a bit he might actually win some of the fouls that ARE legitimate.

YES he shouldnt blatantly dive. He should do what everyone else does and disguise it in order to con the ref. This has been his biggest error.
Wellbeck, young, giggs, ronaldo, van nistelroy, nani, park, tevez, the list goes on of united players who are/were notorius divers. Drogba, klinsmann, johnson, owen, bale, the list of players from other teams goes on. Suarez needs banning? Suarez is spoling the game? Suarez deserves everything he gets because of his reputation? Really??? Seriously??? Get to fu'ck!
I cant be ar'sed anymore. The managers are liars, the referees are cheats, the fa are hypocrites, the media are cu'nts and other "professionals" who are fanning the flames need a good Fu*king hiding. I dont condone cheating but how come others who do exactly the same arent looked at in the same light as Suarez? Because its blatant racism and victimisation.
Suck it up and live with it
