right about what? A BBC reporter was 10 yards away from the fan who abused him and he said he didn't hear anything racist, most of the fans on the ground who were next to the abuser heard ''you Manc b@stard''. As usual, the Mirror jumps into the racist bandwagon and have a go at Liverpool, while the BBC reports something else stating that the merseyside police did not arrest anyone on the basis of racist abuse.

They have really got it in for us havent they?
One thing the press in this country cant stand is someone who treats them with the disdain they deserve. KK is too far ahead of the game, too knowledgable and on to what theyre trying to do and they dont like it.
They are coming across all high and mighty and the bastions of anti-racism and KK has shown that they are a bunch of supercilious hypocrites who are annoyed and angry that he is taking the pi'ss out of them. And the thing they hate most is not being taken seriously.
They are now on a mission to slap us down and cut us down to size for daring to disagree with them. Fu'ck them. They are a gang of jealous, petty and spiteful tw@ts who havent got a fuc'king clue. Thats why theyre journos. Because if they knew about anything theyd be doing it instead of talking about it. I always thought Holt was a good reporter who had his finger on the pulse and was a fighter of injustice. Hes not and he doesnt.

The loss of L.S. for 8 games does have its positive effect if we chose to look at the bright side. First of all, the lad needs a rest. He didn't have a summer break from football as he was involved in the S.A. championship. His last break from football was probably summer 2009 as summer '10 he was in the world cup. Now in his absence, it will give Kenny the opportunity on how to play without this all important player and to look seriously for a clinical finisher that we badly need and as a bonus to synergize with Suarez when he returns. Even if he's not banned, he will be injured along the season, so it's better to prepare for his absence sooner than later.
