Luis Suarez signs for Barcelona

He's incredible.  Seriously, just watching him play makes me proud to be a Liverpool supporter.

I never buy jerseys with names on them but I am very highly considering buying a Suarez jersey.

I could see him scoring 20 goals and getting 15 assists next season.  He's incredible at moving the ball.  Look at that lobbing cross to Meireles in the first half? What a ball, Kuyt could have had 4!  The first goal was as classy as it gets.  That has to be goal of the week, even tho Kuyt scored it, he has to get credit for that.  That's something that even Messi would be proud of.

I'm very proud of Suarez.  I have loved every second he was in.  He's taken 2 free kicks so far this year, one off the crossbar and the other led to a goal.  Absolutely fantastic player.

It was funny because right before the world cup I was thinking how amazing he was.  I was just dreaming of getting him here, but I knew it would never happen.  I'm so happy that he came to Liverpool, and I know he is too.

It's a shame that Suarez didn't have at least have a goal recorded against his name for that performance. He made me a believer after this game.

My brain is still processing that amazing run in the box beating 4 defenders & the keeper.

Suarez was brilliant today, he takes out team to another level when he's performing. I can't wait to see what he does with Andy Carroll.

Simply the best player on the park today, he ran united ragged as they were chasing his shadows all day long.

f.uck me, we've missed a player like him for way too long.

Will shortly be the most coveted striker in european football ,I think the Reds have pulled off an epic coup to procure this fellas signature.
I watched him earlier and I felt privileged to have witnessed his dazzling ability ,I haven't felt like that about a players individual skill since Barnes  used to dance through defenders  :D

the first goal he was class, danced around those mancs like nothing

for me tho the third (the free kick). when he stood up to take it I didn't think in a million it was suited to a right footed player,I thought he was nuts to take it on - but looking how close he got it to the near post was absolutely top drawer

class today lad - superb

I thought the exact same thing.  wasn't sure a right footer could get a good strike off there, but he really did.  I hope to see him taking a lot of our free kicks in the future, Stevie doesn't score too many anymore.

I too believe e will be the most coveted striker in Europe at some point.  He looked to be when he pounded all those goals away for Ajax and nobody grabbed him.  chelski, man city or madrid are gonna put a 75 million pound bid in for him within the next couple years if he turns out to be the player he's appearing to be so far.

Let's hope we keep him tho.  If he's enjoying himself like he seems to be, I can't imagine he will want to leave.

Anyone have the clip of when he gave Rafaels hair a little tug? Or even the whole Nani incident?
