Really why? It's where we should be playing, no need to move if we can help it.

If we build a new staduim the supporters will just turn that into the best stadium on the planet. I just think theres only so much renovating that can be done at Anfiled now and convincing the council that its the best thing to do might take another 2-3 years. Realistically how much bigger can we make Anfield? Imagine if we do bring the glory days back, in this day and age with clubs having much more of a global fanbase we could end up attracting upwards of 75,000 supporters a game. I reckon we could rebuild Anfield up to about 60,000 tops, thats potentially 15,000 tickets every home game wed be losing revenue from. All Ifs and Buts however its still worth thinking about.
Someone made a point that the such is the cost of a new staduim it could take 10 years to get the money back before we seen profit but hopefully Liverpool will be around for much longer then that. Plus a new stadium would really signal a new era has begun and attract better players wanting the chance to play in a magnificent new state of the art stadium thus helping us bring more success on the pitch which would generate more profits also.
