Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Wow, I would love to see Salcido here for 2m.  He's top class imo.  Second best LB at the World Cup for me behind Ashley Cole.  I don't see it happening though but that would be fantastic.

He has been shown up a few times and lacks consistency. Not the worst left back in the world but im sure there are better out there that we could get. Anyway isnt he on about 90,000 a week at City - there is no way he will be paying him that!

Both Bridge and Barry are on huge money for 'old rope' at City. Average performances for superstar wages.  Fine for city, but not for us.

Bridge?? No way!

Cisshoko is the best around and still very young. Salcido not bad. Warnock? steady eddy. Figueroa?? Good for me. Capdevilla?? No way!

CISSHOKO ALL THE WAY:p

As most people would, it is a new fangled concept that fans automatically spout out the minute you talk about "injury prone players". Of course a footballer doesn't want a "pay as you play" contract, who would? As for a one year contract, again why would he agree to that when he could get better offers elsewhere.

I'm sure they would have considered a one year contract before a "pay as you play" contract.

It would be like having post counts only register for thoughtful or thought invoking posts, plenty on here would be on single figures instead of 1000s with their one line nothings and picture replies

Never buy from PC World, product quality is poor and their 'customer service' is even poorer

i always thought its easier for an argentine to gain a work permit in italy compared to UK. i might be wrong or the rules may have changed.

I would guess he may hold an Italian passport or how did we get a work permit for him when he was like 12?
