Which team has the best strike pairing? I have listed the pair I consider the team's best, though you may not necessarily agree with the exact pairing. Chelsea have far too many and I could probably list three or four equally strong combinations

i would probably have said Van Nistelrooy and Scholes but that wasn't in the list!!

even though scholes isn't exactly a forward he is a kind of attacking midfielder, i still reckon Man Utd are at there best when Scholes plays just of Ruud Van Nistelrooy!!

WHAT DO YOU THINK? :D

I think Chelsea's Crespo-Hasslebaink combination is pretty good.  It and the Owen-Baros combinations are my favourites

Scholes is IMO manu's best player. (maybe most influential could be a better description) I could have put Scholes up front but I guess Fergie may play Saha up there alongside rvn. I was tempted to put Kewell alongside Owen, but thought better of it

Who did you vote for btw? (need I ask ??? )

saha and rvn look a decent pairing but they havent played together yet.Owen with baros is unproven.Berkamp is past it and doesnt travel. So I voted for any of the chelsea combinations.

YEAH YOUR PROBABLY RIGHT THERE!!

i voted for other, but i would have probably chosen RVN and saha. i just have a gut feeling that man utd will bring out lois saha's full potential.

I disagree with the Man Utd player's as they have yet to partner each other. I think our lad's have potential to be the best but i don't know in which combination, Owen will alway's figure but it's hard to say who would be best working with him. I can't wait to see how Cisse will link in with him.

I think Owen and Henry would be the best strike force if they ever partnered together, pity they play for different clubs and countries, maybe we can convince Henry to come to Anfield :D

Owen and Anelka would have run any pairing close
