We gotta sort out the defence.  The faster agger comes back the better.

Babel needs to play as right winger NOT left winger ...

b*llox, one good cross from babel, then he started wasting his passes, Torres, Benni and Insua were the best players on the pitch today. Also, Mascha has done well.

christ the sooner we get playing properly the better, but we did this last season at the start and now I reckon we'll batter those park the bus teams better than we did last season. I for one will never lose hope until it is impossible

Even though we didn't play that well, we ground out the result. Nice one.

Good match but how many games can we win 3-2? Bolton, West ham, ??
We seem to lose the steel in defense.
Again naivety in set piece is our achilles heel.
2nd goal from West ham can be easy cleared off if we had someone on both posts.

Come on people Babel has put inept performances on the pitch for 18 months, he comes on has a decent spell in the game and nnow he should start everytime. give me a break.

Torres and Glen Johnson were absolutely class today. Even Babel had a good game. Hope he turns around and understand what is needed to be successful consistently. At least he didn't look lazy today and had more jump. The game should never been that close. We are conceding so many goals this season which is a very worrying sign....

Man of the match has to be Torres, I knew he would have a good game today!!

Insua today was also class. For a young lad he has got some really good strength.

I also thought that West Ham's tiny, narrow pitch had a massive effect on us.. everything was very sloppy but we deserved the win.

Its tough to be a liverpool fan  :D

Put a sock in it he is playing where he wants to play now funny enough if you played football you might know that makes a key difference.

ok one decent performance in 18 months. consider me told  :sleep

I'm not saying he's awful or he doesn't have the potential.

What I am saying is that he has LOADS left to prove at this club

step 1: buck up the attitude
step 2: stop rapping

Sadly I think the fact we now have 2 attacking fullbacks is showing our CB'S limitations. We may need to play 3 at the back rather than 2 defensive midfielders.

2 ! 10 mins other night was great as well he is doing best with what time he has had and isn't that what every one was bitching about just admit it you like to single out players of ya own team to abuse to make ya self feel better you little nerd.

Really disappointed with Gerrard today though.  He gave the ball away a lot and didn't put much energy into the game.  If any of our attacking players deserve to be dropped its definitely got to be him.
