Liverpool Football Club - Games

I hate these lot with passion, they've got our number and so has Ancelloti vs Klopp. Had we limited their goals this could've been a great contest. Damage limitation tomorrow I guess.

Whatever team we field has got to be prepared to leave it all behind. They need to fight for everything from the get go.

                   Ali

  Trent    konate   Virgil   Robbo.

                    Fabinho

            Elliot              Bajectic

    Salah            Nunez         Gakpo

I would hate to see us go with keita and Ox ahead of the younger lads because they don't deserve it.  The young lads have been trusted a lot lately so it would be a kick in the teeth to be dropped for those 2.  If klopp wants more experience in then play Bobby midfield.

Madrid might have one foot in the next round but will still be cautious of us and won't truly relax until they score. If we can get 2 without reply before HT they will crack and we have a good chance of forcing them into extra time.

"Stefan Bajcetic faces a spell on the sidelines with a "stress response" injury in his adductor."

This "could" be our last game in the champions league for a while, lets leave with a bang.  If we can get the first goal and be 2-0 by half time it would be surreal, anyhow I just hope the lads give it their best shot.

A part of me is feelings something magical will happen this evening, unless it is the good ol' fumes kicking in.  :D

Ali

Trent
Konate
VVD
Robbo

Fab
Milner
Gakpo

Salah
Nunez
Jota

Lets smash these fekers once and for all, they've destroyed our dreams far too many times, common redmen 4-0

Looks like Fab and Milner sitting while Trent and Robbo push on. Jota in behind could be a surprise and interesting to see how he'd do in that role.

They picked us off very easy in the 1st leg by exploiting the spaces we were leaving in behind so we need to be careful about getting caught high up and being sucked into it.

We do need a hail Mary so I'm off to get the rosary beads
C'mon the pool  :buttrock

Edit: Line up I seen had Jota in midfield. I see since then it's Gakpo.

4 up front, Jurgen is going for it right from the start and rightly so, better going out on our shields than playing it cagey and leaving it until the last 20 to have a go. Everyone thinks we are out so we've got nothing to lose. Come on lads just go out there and show the football world what this club is all about. YNWA.

Waay too timid, I'd be tempted to throw Elliot on and anyone else who'll give us a bit of energy.

Need to make changes soon. I'd be starting with Jota and Salah.
