Yup we are champions so fek em, however didn't want to get thrashed like that. Oh well I guess the lads were still a lil drunk from the after party.

Oh well, there was a reason they were clapping at us at the start. They beat us here but I'm sure they'd rahter be in our place and take a trashing but win the league.

But they're not, the title is ours :buttrock

Have to say, our bench doesn't exactly put the sh1ts up any opposition does it? Origi, Minamino... Yes, we don't spend much this close season, others may or may not, but you can't see game changers coming on when the first choice team isn't delivering.
Maybe they're hungover...

We could do with someone on the bench who can come on and make an impact, someone like Adana Traore or someone like that.

I think that result was inevitable unfortunately even though it could have gone either way had we scored first. City loses to Chelsea handing us the title generally means City train and play hard since and we celebrate and lose that edge we had all season, the edge which is our hallmark and which has got us where we are.  Now add that they just handed us the title and had to give us a guard of honor so I’m not surprised it fell right for them in the match. I’m disappointed in our players performance still and wish they gave more of a fight to change the result. This will fire City up for the rest of the season and may help them win the CL.

Anyway, we move on.

Robbo at times was all over the place.
It wasn't until the commentator mentioned him in the second half that I remembered Wijnaldum was actually playing.
The front three , especially Mane, just lacked the sharpness we've come to expect from them.

A bad day at the office, deffo one to forget.

That’s exactly what I thought. Real shame when you consider what Keita and Minamino cost. Neither have set the place alight and Mini looks another Aquilani to me. Sh*t night one to forget !!
