This was by far the better game of the two legs, we showed more energy and enthusiasm to push for a result.
Kuyt worked his socks off and I was made up for him when he scored. He is a generous player always crossing and passing for others to try to score.
I thought Kelly worked hard up and down the wing.
We deserved the win, but Sparta made a push towards the end and it was touch and go.
I didn't think Ngog had his best game and it's a shame that we didn't make more of the chances we were given.
Having said that it was good to win and brilliant to see the joy in camp and on the face of Kenny Dalglish.
