LIVERPOOL v Tottenham Sun 31st March 4.30pm K.O

Liverpool Football Club - Games

Depends if the mighty reds turn up firing and blazing. We can't afford to give Man City any kind of advantage, so a draw or a defeat is unthinkable

I just hope we play a decent Midfield line up.

Trent is back in full training so more than likely will play which is good news.

We will have to be at our best and just make sure we get a win. 1 nil will do nicely with anything else a bonus  :nod  Salah  :buttrock

City play twice and you would fancy them to fill their boots so hopefully they get complacent  :bowdown

City kick off in about an hour and a half. They are 7 to 1 on to beat Fulham but you never know, in 86 when we were faced with a similar scenario it was already relegated Oxford who beat Everton which allowed us to come through on the rails.
Saying that City will probably put about 6 past them.

Fulham kept City out for a grand total of 4 minutes.....1-0 City.

Edit - 2-0 now, game over.

We lose ours then we can wave the title goodbye. Pressure will be on as usual, just hope the lads pull off 3 points. I'm getting a bad feeling this will end in a 1-1 draw.

Must win game now, Jurgen can't afford to play the conservative tactics anymore.

I think we will see a different team out there and I'm really confident (despite the nerves) that we will dispatch Spurs and show City we are in it till the final game.

C'mon you redmen the title is on the line.

Cardiff are beating Chelsea 1-0 which would be a decent result for us (if they manage to hang on for the last 20 minutes).
Although they are in the relegation zone a win today would see them close to within 2 points of the 3 teams directly above them (who are all on 33 points).
I think Cardiff play City midweek, it would be much better for us if they had something to fight for. Teams who have a genuine chance of getting themselves out of trouble are notoriously difficult to beat at this stage of the season.

Liverpool: Alisson, Alexander-Arnold, Matip, Van Dijk, Robertson, Henderson, Wijnaldum, Milner, Mane, Salah, Firmino.

Subs: Mignolet, Fabinho, Lovren, Keita, Lallana, Shaqiri, Origi.

Same old, same old... I really , really hope Klopp knows what he is doing, MF is where this game will be won or lost..

Uh-oh! Henderson and Milly starting. Fabinho on the bench.... Why? Suddenly my optimism is having a speed-wobble.....

With Chelsea winning and aiming for top 4 our match vs them will be tough.

With the help of some terrible refereeing decisions Chelsea are winning 2-1 now and I've just seen our team as well.....talk about a double whammy.

Yeah but United will have to beat City to get top 4 so its a double edged sword.
