Much sharper and i think spearing was a master stroke, has provided alot more energy and hunger in midfield.
Johnsons still looling a bit suspect but has provided well going forward.

so far,
tORRES HAS WOKE UP IN THE LAST 15 MINS
we need another striker up front with him
our back need to keep talk to each other more.
LB? well it worked well in the build up for the goal but do wonder about who is has for cover when he moves up the wing like that, might leave a big cap and leave us very open.

Good 45 from the red men, much improved from midweek and Torres has looked his best all season.
Raul looked very shakey at the start but after the goal he's looked top notch. Kelly has been outstanding on the right again and looks to be there to stay.
Skrtel still fills me with dread though and I'd like to see him replaced in the squad in this window.

Torres to get the winning goal here me thinks.

Tons better, Torres showing sparks of being his unplayable best.

Mereiles weak in the challenge, Lucas covering every blade of grass.  Kelly awesome again.

Overall play much much better though.  If we get an early second this could be a resounding win of 3 or 4.  Let's not make any silly mistakes and let them back in.

Good first half, we should be 3 up. We're playing well.

Both our fullbacks are playing really well, especially Johnson as he's given the task of playing in the more awkward role, but he's doing well. Torres looks like the Torres of old, watching him now it seems as though he never wanted to play under Roy or at least didn't look happy with Roy's methods. It was a good strike frome Merieles. Skertel and Agger have got to win those aerial balls against microphone head though.

Lets build on this lads, well in Reds, well in Dalglish.

It looks like Agger is covering left back with one of the midfielders (Lucas or Meireles) running back to cover Agger.

the way he's been playing it looks like Johnson has no chance of getting his position back
