Apparently didn't train on Thursday or Friday so assume he either has a minor knock or has been ill. Sure he'll start against Leipzig on Tuesday.

I feel sorry for Phillips, he usually plays well when picked but Klopp is still reluctant to start him in most games.

Thiago has played every match this his return from injury. I imagine he needs a rest or is carrying a knock.

Am I the only one who's disappointed with Thiago ? We were top of the table at end of December and then Thiago returned. Since then he's played in 9 league games picked up 3 yellow crds, and we've won 3 drawn 2 and lost 4 . Obviously our form is not just down to him, a class footballer yes, but he certainly hasn't been the "spark" I hoped he might be.

He'd get murdered by Vardy. Heavy footed and no pace. Useful against route one teams with a target man but not in games like this.

Thiago's best position is attacking midfield. He's playing too deep, due to Henderson and Fab being I  defence or injured.

Feel sorry for Phillip's myself with all the things Klopp said about himself and William's before the season started.  The fact that he would play Hendo and some new kid only here a wet week speaks volumes.

Any other season, we'd be 2-0 by now. Missed 2 great chances

Close one there. That rule where they wont put the flag up till after the play has finished should be scrapped.

HT 0-0. We had control but again no end results. Living dangerously at the back at times...nearly got caught out a couple of times

I agree he hasn't lived up to expectations- is it because he is best played ahead of a 2 man pivot.

I'd bring Phillips on and push Hendo back into midfield simple

Just isn’t happening. Bobby has been off for a very long time. Sadio loves running into a brick wall or making some awful passes. Thiago slows the game down and currently offers nothing. SORRY LADS BUT IT IS DOWNRIGHT DEPRESSING. We have the majority of the play and it’s Leicester who have had the best chances.
