I was at that match in Celtic Park. We were in with the home supporters. We MISSED You'll Never Walk Alone because we couldn't find the right entrance to our stand.

As soon as we got in Heskey scored.

There's supposed to be a bond between Liverpool supporters and Celtic supporters. We didn't see it. It was just a torrent of abuse towards the Liverpool team.

Then Diouf spat at a Celtic fan. Thankfully we were in the opposite stand and no-one new what had happened, we just heard the boos.

I wouldn't rush to watch an away match with the home supporters again!

I feel the bond still exists, Last year i didn't feel the passion and love from the fans at Anfield and i think the terrible football we were playing under GH was to blame. This season when i go to home games i expect that passion to be back.

at this time of doom and gloom just click on the links and remember that although we are annoyed today, we are still the greatest fans in the world. :)

anfield's been quiet for over a season now mate. the fact of the matter is the football on the pitch was so poor and negative at times that the fans just couldn't get into games. teams are not intimidated coming to anfield anymore. hopefully champions league football can get the old anfield back like it was in the roma game. for the roma players, that night must have been the most frightening atmosphere they'd ever played in.
