You'll Never Walk Alone!

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

When you walk through a storm
Hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark

At the end of the storm
Is a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of the lark

Walk on through the wind
Walk on through the rain
Though your dreams be tossed and blown

Walk on walk on with hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone
You'll never walk alone

When you walk through a storm
Hold your head up high
And don't be afraid of the dark

At the end of the storm
Is a golden sky
And the sweet silver song of the lark

Walk on through the wind
Walk on through the rain
Though your dreams be tossed and blown

Walk on walk on with hope in your heart
And you'll never walk alone
You'll never walk

You'll never walk
You'll never walk alone.

Some people dont have hope in their heart and they are afraid of the dark.
They dont think there will be a lark singing a sweet silver song in a golden sky after the storm
They want KK to walk alone

That's plain silly. Kenny is making millions of pounds as manager and he is not doing it for charity. Walking alone? He is rather laughing every step of the way to the bank leaving the club in bottomless debt from his failed transfer dealings making it impossible for the club to recover the next 5 years. Please save me from your insane *****.

Shanks once said: ""For a player to be good enough to play for Liverpool, he must be prepared
to run through a brick wall for me then come out fighting on the other side."

Now consider these words next time you watch Downing, Henderson, Adam and Carroll play.....
“You cannot transfer the heart and soul of Liverpool Football Club, although I am sure there are many clubs who would like to buy it.”

Well MrRedsi35 the owners may finance the purchases with equity, debt or both. Any way you look at it the transfers have made our finances a lot weaker (balance sheet) and this is not made up in a year or two. It might take 5-10 years to recover from this. If you think the owners are going to entrust Kenny with 120 millions this summer, you must be lacking a braincell or two

What a dick. You know nothing of this club.

You suggest that KK is "laughing his way to the bank" - any true supporter should take offence at that. To suggest Kennys integrity and presence is due to money make you an enemy of this club. All I say to scum like you is - every funeral.

Rediculous. Kenny is already a millionaire. You're suggesting that he cut short his holiday and travelled to Liverpool so he could destroy us for nothing other than lining his pockets and perhaps a few giggles along the way?

You should walk alone....right on outta here.

To be fair...I, personally, can't fault the workrate of any of the players you mentioned.

You sir have extremely low expectations of our players, both in terms of quality, effort and performance.

I don't think Kenny is laughing all the way to the bank, I genuinely think he wants what's best for the club, hopefully he'll realise that this doesn't involve him managing us and he'll go back to his cruises in the summer. He'd be a great ambassador for us though.

Effort is the same thing as work-rate, I was just tagging on quality and performance since you seem to support our players irrespective of what kind of mockery they make of the shirt.

1. You may interpret my post any way you like
2. I said Kenny is hired and paid to do a certain job - he is taking the paycheck and laughing all tha way to the bank just means he is handsomely paid - you are laughing when you go to the bank with a lot of money - you are crying all the way to the bank when you have unpaid bills - again, interpret whatever you like - if you think making me your enemy wil make Kenny champ - think again
3. This means the relationship is professional, not a charitable one
4. I don't doubt Kennys dedication or love for the club
5. I do doubt Kenny's tactical awareness, understanding of the game, strategic skills, transfer dealings, modernism, training program, gameplan, substitutions, team selection, and so on and so on
6. This is not a friggin mosquea or synagogue or temple of worship, this is hearts AND minds - only heart will get you nowhere, only mind will create cynisicm
7. Any fan calling other fans "not real" or labeling them "false" or other things should look themselves in the mirror
