Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

This discussion is  leading us no where. It's always not right to wonder... what if we did this and did that..... because we wont know what actually would have happenned. we are not GOD! I rather talk about future plans than reminecencing about the past and dream what if.... What if .. what if what if.......

Also Newcastle have had past reputation for buying ageing players who have technically flopped too. Even signing ageing players who were once quality at Liverpool many years ago.

I remember in 1997 when Dalglish was in charge & after his purchase of John Barnes, Ian Rush & Stuart Pearce (all over 35 then) the magpies were branded "Oldcastle".

I think its following suit again after re-signing Lee Clark & Solano. Maybe in the January transfer window who knows? Rob Lee & Mike Hooper?
