Welcome to the best club in the world, if he can reach his potential here then we have a very good player on our hands
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Well, business is getting done a little earlier than the last window, that's good. Guess he'll debut in the FA Cup game?

His presence will improve our goal scoring and I hope we can get Kevin Gameiro, a combination of Gameiro, Sturridge and Suarez will get the goals coming.

I'm understanding he was on 80k/wk at Chelsea and accepted 60k/wk to come here, so I'd definitely say he's coming for the right reasons.

Some think he's not good enough or not what we need right now.  Personally, I have my doubts, but I believe in Rodgers and believe he can be a great signing for us, and I know ALL OF US will stand behind him 100%.

He's got a lot to prove. I hope it works out for him here. Maybe all he needs is a manager with a bit of faith in him. He's got that now.  Time to fulfill his potential, this is his last chance at a big club.
