So another player out on loan then? Biscan, you know what I am p#ssed off with the team and the club at the moment, with all these players on loan.
Either sell, or get rid for nothing, sick of wasters on our books
And if Big Sam wants Diouf he better bleedin cough up now, not the end of the season  .
Diarras lookin good get him back, Le tallec? duno how hes doing but if none of these players are coming back, get shut now.
Cheyrou playin awful so we have heard.
How can we possibly move forward with all these players on loan and LFC paying half of there wages, I am baffled by it all I really am

I for one am not upset that we are out, we had no chance of going all the way in this cup as well as the carling the league the cl, so good riddance for this season, next season will be differnet, i dont think we recognise fully the crisis within our club, what with the injuries, the turmoil at board level, Gerrard being stalked by all big teams in europe, a new manager, a new squad, old players hanging on. This will resolve itself with RAFAs help, but its gonna take time, lets see if we can keep up our GOOD work till the end of season, forget about the bad stuff, and come on next season!

On Your on Sky Sports last nite, Rob McCaffrey read an email from a Pool fan who asked " Was Biscan on the pitch tonight?"

Rob got a bit tongue tied and read it as " Was Biscan on the p*ss tonight?" before quickly correcting himself.

Come to think of it maybe he was right.

Rafa, definitely overestimated the ability level of last nights team if he thought they could win, I guess he was blinded by the success in the League Cup.
Biscan was way off last night, has he been told that he is up for sale or somthing, because he did not look interested.
The saddest thing about last night, is the loss of revenues from a good cup run and the loss of TV money, this will make the possibility of player purchases, even more remote. Could have cost us up to £5m dropping out last night, a run up to the semi-final would have pulled at least that figure.
One for Rafa to take the blame on, I reckon.

Its as simple as that. Of course the manager has to be "blamed" as he picked a weakened side and took his chances. Unfortunately it backfired.

I'm not that worried, as we are in the latter stages of the CL and the League Cup, and have a fight on our hands for 4th place in the Premiership, so we couldn't really afford the cup run.

I'm not that bothered at all: the manager clearly sent out a message tonight that he cannot take the FA Cup seriously this season.

You make an extremely good point.

thats what exactly i think...

Think you're spot on. Possible he also sent a clear message to Parry & Moores to get their fingers out and sort the investment situation.

He clearly has his priorities and is not prepared to stray from them just to be traditional. Traditional is only an option if you have the squad to cope with it.

Me thinks there are a few cultural issues goin on in Raf’s head, he seems to have confused his Cups, FA with Carling and T Cups. The logic to throw a weakened side on for the Burnley game does not make sense and then seeing how upset all the fans were and then to try and say they played well is not on. Didn’t he realise the fans wanted and needed an explanation which we still haven’t got.

Andy Grey alluded to the issue by stating that the team he was putting out was the best motivator to Burnley they could have as it disrespected them and then of course the inevitable happened. Perhaps Raf doesn’t understand the history and tribal instincts of the fans and will he receive his education in time.

Are we asking too much of him to just “slot in” and fully understand the game and the rivalry, will he need time and will he ever adapt, questions that only time will answer.

This result and the team that he put out, what sort of single is this sending to RG who must have been watching the match and what went through his mind. For me I was ashamed and so what must SG feel like and has it made up his mind for him?

I think as a fan we deserve an explanation but to date this hasn’t happened and will we get that, not to for me shows no respect and when we hand over our money we are entitled to an explanation at least

If you think that posting one line put downs on Liverpool FC and its players means that you are in a position to call anyone a moron, then I feel for you, and your family who clearly need to give you round the clock care.

Back on Topic, I dont think Rafa would send a message to the board in any other form that actually talling them face to face. Its not in his intrest to "go out" of a competition in order to make a point to the board.

So who was he trying to get through to with his after match comments. Of course it was not in his interest to go out of the cup, but his selection, which according to himself was forced upon him, made if pretty inevitable that they would be beaten.
