Strikers - Goals

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby Dundalk » Sat Jan 28, 2006 2:43 am

Now that Robbie has signed what do you think are front two should be. At the moment Rafa seems happy to go with Nando and Crouch but now all that has changed.

Who do you think should start up front? For me it should be Crouch and God.

Cisse is a no go so these two look a good option. I think they would feed off each other and the goals will come.

I'm all for people to express themselves in these forums, especially at a time like this, but is there really a need to clog up the place? I've seen heaps of talk about this on other threads, come on, I know God is back, and Im happy and all, but lets not throw new topics in willy-nilly.

Fowler and Crouch
Fowler and Nando
Fowler lone striker.

There are many combinations that could be made, the best probably would be Morientes or Crouch with Fowler. When Fowler needs a rest, throw in Sinama or king Luis as secondary striker to either Crouch or Moro. as for Cisse, make him play for the reserves for a month or two so he learns where the goal is.
my choice up front : Crouch and Fowler

that sums up pretty nicely
fowler and crouch will be the starting strikers, el moro & sinama as auxillaries, cisse off to the reserves or the fa cup before shipping him out to a japanese league team, (good money there IMO than any european clubs for an underperforming striker.)

Crouch - attacking midfield
Fowler & Mori as strikers.

And is anyone able to change the topic so that "Stikers" is spelt correctly?

I thought Aussie Kopite was a bit wierd for his liking of Viduka, but this takes the cake..... you'll get burnt alive if you said this in a Liverpool pub mate, would not last very long at all with comments like this. Stranger than  :alien:
