Pablo, let me introduce you to Maths - specifically Averages.

What happens is people rate each player after the game then an average is taken of all ratings submitted for each player. It provides a way of what the forum think as a whole of the squad, both on a matchday and across the season. Simple really (for most of us anyway).

If you don't like it, don't visit you muppet.
