sean- iwas referring to people on here first of all saying Man utd were going down the pan! come ON!! GET REAL! some good players are getting on a bit...but theres great ones arriving master ROONEY etc
And why oh why o why do you keep harping back to Fergies bad start? its immaterial! Im not saying benitez is a bad manager at all-but if its going to take him that long ,then whats the bloody point -he'll be sacked before he makes it lol

Yes we all want Benitez out and Glen Hoddle in dont we? Half the fans have been crying out for that. We also need that Eileen Drury to come in and get rid of the spanish backroom team i reckon. I always listen to that world famous pundit Nick..... er Webster was it. Get him writing instead of Aldo i say.

Once again you're an idiot. LFC board would make no profit by sacking a great manager in four months, why wasn't Houllier sacked after constant false promises and bad perfromances?

You need to get a reality check, you're one of those idiots who think they know football but really have no ****** idea wtf they're talking about.

Barcelona are the latest club to have joined the chase for free agent Sylvain Wiltord.

Wiltord has yet to find new employers since he opted to leave Arsenal when his contract expired earlier in the summer.

The French international, who is currently training at Rennes, has been linked with a plethora of clubs including Lyon, Juventus, Tottenham, Werder Bremen and Liverpool.

Wiltord has already rejected moves to West Brom and Lyon as he seeks to win a three-year deal.

Reports from France suggest that Barca officials will meet with the player's agent on Monday to discuss a move to Camp Nou.

Barca are in the market for a new forward having loaned Javier Saviola to Monaco and sold Luis Garcia to Liverpool and see Wiltord as a good option on a free transfer.

Liverpool are also thought to be amongst the front-runners for Wiltord with reports suggesting they have offered him a two-year deal at Anfield.

Wiltord is holding out for a move to a top club as he wants to be playing in the UEFA Champions League and both Liverpool and Barcelona could offer him that opportunity.

man u are SEVEN POINTS behind the leaders after four games. they also lost TEN league games last season. read the facts. rooney hasn't signed yet and only has a number of hours in which to do so.

as for the comment about benitez getting sacked before he gets the chance to prove himself, that just proves what an imbecile you are.

I meant if its going to take Benitez as long as Fergie whats the point cos hed be sacked after 4 yrs. The Man utd board had faith in fergie...AND HOW RIGHT THEY WHERE LOL! YEHA!
