We need strengthin in other places first!

Agreed, don't rate him either. Loves getting forward to the detriment of the defence and far too much influence at Real. If they could have built a proper defence, Carlos included they would have enjoyed a lot more success over the past couple of years.

Well...he is getting older...thats the real reason for u to think that way cao...ok, its true he has always gone ahead too much leaving his theoretical defensive position but I think this has been compensated with the amount of crosses to goal that he has produced and even with his goals themselves.I didnt want him to leave so far but now Real should sell its stars, they r all old...except for Becks , who is not old but is ******,lol....we have already began our revolution signing Robinho for next season and now we are trying to sign adriano ...fear Real guys!!!   (just joking :;):  )

I've heard people go on about Carlos before and his spectacular free kicks
admittedly I don't watch a huge amount of Spanish footy / highlights
But I can only remember that thunderbolt from a few years back - and he seems to have traded on that as a free kick specialist - Bol*ocks

As for his crossing - he may well have hundreds of assists - but at the expense of how many goals at the back
Plus he looked decidedly dodgy against the Scum in the C L a few seasons ago

No thanks - Not for me

Raffa i think wouldnt go for him , too high wages required , too high a self opinion  he has of himself and  as has been said, has traded on that free kick from the  "Le tournue" from 98 for way too long  ( have to say that free kick where it did an "S" shape was trully amazing .

I think he's quite talented especially his move forward. However, he's getting old and now his performance is degrading... I don't think we should even consider him...

carlos has a great amount of talent on the ball, incredible skills and control. but he's best off sticking to those nike adverts where he can show off all he likes.

I don't want him at Anfield - he's typical of the gobsh*te ego's that run Real at the moment. Definitely not what a manager like Rafa would admire. Over paid, over priced but thankfully not over here.

Anyway it's all just gossip & rumours so who cares :D
