read above, Joaquin is not going anywhere for at least 30 million, no less.

That completley prices us out, and tbh I wouldn't pay that much for one player unless he was a Ronaldinho or Adriano.

impossible for liv to buy joaquin, torres, ballack, n essien coz all of them would not allowed to move for less than 30 mill. look for the realistic one, Pablo Aimar.. it is a best formation, 4-5-1 for rafa', aimar play behind the striker. tat is wat liv look for!!

LFC #1 wrote:Rafael Benitez has today confirmed he has signed four new players ahead of the start of next season - with the promise of two or three more to come before the end of the week.
Dutch star Bolo Zenden was officially unveiled as a Liverpool player this afternoon after completing his free transfer from Middlesbrough and he could make his debut in Saturday's friendly at Wrexham.

Benitez also revealed the club have now completed the signing of goalkeeper Jose Reina from Villareal while Mark Gonzales has signed from Albacete and young right back Antonio Barragan has arrived from Sevilla.

The Liverpool boss said: "We have today introduced Bolo Zenden as a Liverpool player but we have also signed Jose Reina, the best goalkeeper in Spain, Mark Gonzales, the best player in Chile and Antonio Barragan.

"We will be signing two or three more players this week."

First of all dont buy Crouch

And i doubt if its gonna be useful signing Aimar, since hes playing at the same position as Garcia...

If gerrard really goes, sign Ballack/Lampard... (as if they will come lol)

am a big admirer of Aimar but think he might be too light weight for Premiership? plus we already have Garcia for the same position (even he have found it difficult to adjust for Premiership games last season)

you forgot that we have 2 or 3 world class straikers who don't like siting on the bench!!
so Rafa should play 4-4-2 with Zenden and Garcia as wingers

for the price that we got morientes, who is definitely a class player, i think that Rafa will use his spanish connection to get some big names from spain.

Aimar has always been world class. Garcia used to play in the second division (where he met RB) So naturally it will be more difficult to adjust.

And Ballack has stated he would like to play in England with Liverpool and still hasnt signed a new contract with Bayern Munich.
Liverpool could get him for less than half price
