MAN UTD VS LIVERPOOL - I know its early..........

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Postby ConnO'var » Sun Mar 15, 2009 2:43 am

It's almost 5 am over here and me and Conn Jr and I have been up all night celebrating with his friends and their da's who came around to my place for the match. The wives have all gone to bed but we're still fecking buzzin'!

The young 'uns have started to doze off now and us old farts are just mellowing out talking bout the game. The missus is gonna have me balls for the right mess we made! :D

What a day.... brilliant game.... not too sober right now but I thought that the whole team played well except for Riera who was a little quiet...... Special mention for Lucas today.... the lad did well.... did his job quietly but well. Well done lad, and keep it up. MOTM for me was the Gerrard/Torres partnership..... even when the Mancs were pressing, the fear that both Stevie and Nando inspired in Ferdinand and Vidic caused a lot of their mistakes.

Without them 2 in the side, our attacking options are severely depleted.

Well done lads!

What a Match!
Just sobering up after downing a pint too many
Here in Seoul, where everyone's a Man U fan coz of Ji Sung Park,
it's been difficult carrying the liverpool flag alone and correcting everyone who thinks Man U is THE club in England
The deafening silence in the pub when Gerrard scored, the sobs when Aurelio curled in that beauty of a free kick,
and the sounds of suicide been commited when Dossena lobbed in the icing on the cake
There may be a long way to go yet, but 4-0 against Real, 4-1 aginst the devils,
no matter what statistics, analysis or popularity may say otherwise
Liverpool's the best team this week, in England, in Europe, in the world
There's only one Reds, and it ain't the mauled devils!
The only True Reds in england...........

and also the fanzone video!

"where is me rafa goatee? what have you done wit it?"

I haven't washed my lucky shirt since the Real match. It is the only shirt I will wear from now on.

I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand what it means.  I'm a rather new Liverpool fan.

Anyway, I'm :censored: I didn't get to watch the game because I was :censored: camping.  I checked the score on my friends iPhone and just about shat my pants!  Anyone know a site where I can watch the full game?

A lot of the members here think that we can still win this Prem, so i ask who are the other teams that can take the other 7 POINTS off of Man U.

Away Sunderland
Home Portsmouth
Home  Tottenham
Away  Middlesbrough
Home Man City
Home Arsenal
Away Hull
Away Wigan

I can see were they could get 2 draws but thats only 4 points.
