His tackles may be lacking, but his passing has vastly improved.  Over the last couple years his passing hasn't been very good at all.  Doesn't he have one of the highest successful passing %'s in the league this year?  After all, he wasn't a defensive CM when he came here, so maybe he's slowly transitioning into his old style.
