I know there are one or two threads on this already, but with a poll on a general forum with no hope of succeeding I thought this sensitive subject deserved a poll. Sadly on the general football forum the poll will simply be who people want to win

Can a mod, instead of closing/deleting this, merge it with an existing thread so it has a poll - please :)

I don't really care tbh. Even if they don't win it this year they could win it next. I have bigger worries about our future and besides there is still a chance in theory we can get 4th so the team should goout there to win.

Where is the 3rd option? 'Beat Chelsea and do ourselves a favour incase results go our way.  ???

I don't think I have ever hoped that we lose, even against Blackburn............ it was only when Redknapp scored that I realised how strong my feelings where that I didn't want the Mancs to win the title. This time however I do hope we lose or at least that whatever the outcome of our game Sunderland do enough to ensure they don't win it. 4 Years on the trot and taking our record is just too much. The papers will have a field day, Fergies face will be "beaming", Neville and the rest of the inbred breed will be plastered all over the TV and papers etc etc.

I have to say rather than that I WOULD PREFER WE LOSE.

I would sooner pass a kidney stone the size of a maltezer  through my japs eye  than have the Mancs win Number 19

I want our Reds to beat Chelsea, if Utd win 19th... we can't say much but we've been under par for the last 20 years, We've had a few good seasons in-between. But we need stability and hopefully in the future with a new stadium, a consistent performing squad we will be up there winning. Every1 have their times of dominance.

The LFC board are promising positives development over the future with new sponsor, new big addidas deal, maybe be ranked alongside Utd & R. Madrid being the most valuable football club in the world in the near future. Arsenal, in third, at £767m

my passion for liverpool outweighs my hatred of the mancs, so i want us to win. There is still a (very) slim chance of us getting 4th and we need to win.

The Mancs are going to overtake us one day, it's just delaying the inevitable. I want us to go out there and win the game, or at least try to. If we lose I dont want to think we've 'thrown it' just for the sake of stopping the Mancs

This

Besides its been getting nearer for a long while. You can't just say "Hang on a minute, how dare you overtake us now"

The only thing we can do is reform and work out the way to pull this club back up onto its feet and take it from there. Eventually, gradually....we will restore parity at least. Who can tell how long (or how many they will end up ahead of us by) before LFC are crowned Champions again. While it seems as though we couldn't be further from that dream at the moment. Things WILL change for the better - they simply can't go on getting steadily worse. The club and its people are far too passionate and ambitious to 'accept' defeat.

Fight on whatever the odds...

I just want us to worry about us, not sound like bitter neverton fans worrying more about other teams than ourselves.

Mancs won't win the league anyways

dumb options "do mancs a favour"

"Win no matter what, don't care about other clubs and pray for draws + a tottenham loss" is what it should say
