LORIS KARIUS - Official Thread

Liverpool Football Club - General Discussion

Feel sorry for the guy, but this is the best deal for everyone. He'll get game time, minus the overwhelming pressure from the media and opposition fans.

Karius will come back stronger and better from this, but he won't play another game for LFC. However, I think he'll always get a warm welcome if he returns as an opposition player. He played well enough for us to get to the CL final, even if it didn't work out for him on the night.

Best of luck Loris

87th minute into his Beskitas debut Karius badly misjudges a soft cross, caught in no mans land, and Bursaspor score to take a point.

Made a decent 1 on 1 save earlier in match but again culpable in costing his team 2 points.

He will learn people will say, well he wont unfortunately a busted flush, sad but true.

To all the gullible idiots that fell for his "concussion" excuse hang your heads in shame.

This flog's career is all but over, he has the attention span of a goldfish.  :no

I knew as soon as I saw the thread bump that he’d ballsed up somehow.

As much as it's down to confidence, I believe a lot of it boils down to his mentality in general. He gets caught in 2 minds a lot and I don't think he stays switched on for 90 minutes.

His problem isn't recoverable imo, training won't change anything.

Google "schadenfreude" people. It means delighting in the misfortunes of others. There's way too much of this going on here and elsewhere. The guy is still a young man. I hope he resurrects his career and shows why he was a coveted keeper.

Fluke goal TBH. Went right over his head.  More of a mishit cross than a shot.

http://www.espn.com.au/football/besiktas/story/3672615/loris-karius-in-danger-of-losing-besiktas-spot-amid-social-media-criticism-reports

By all reports, he is still continuing to act like a massive flog at Besiktas.

Not sure why this guy is getting so many chances, he has obviously learnt nothing.

By no circumstances should this goldfish be welcome back here :no

Reports today Beskitas want to send him back but the loan terms prevent it.Also they have an interest in Origi so maybe can do something with him in a package and reduce the 2 years to 1 or something.Anyway hes just ***** and was a terrible buy.
