Result flattered to decieve we where poor and I mean that, they where worse.
Dont get carried away we always tonk someone once a season and we did tonight.
Overall performance missing sissoko badly, defence needs hyypia and Riise back.
To many fancy flick ons from Garcia and Kewell that didnt come off.
I am over the moon we scored 4 goals, but for those who didnt witness this game you did not miss a thing it was awful.
But its 3 points and a tonking no less.
But dont get carried away because these last 8 games (F.A.Cup aside) could go either way if our first team is not back.
There is no-one anywhere in the world at any stage who is any bigger or any better than this football club.

Why were we keeping it in the corner when 5-1 up?

Exactly, it's pathetic, even Rafa was saying put it in the box. I hate when teams to that. I thought we were above that sort of thing, especially when 5-1 up in a league game. It's unprofessional really and it incited the fulham players at the end. It's not exactly a cup final and you are leading by one goal is it?

Pointless, don't approve of it at all  :no

Yeah, completely agree. Thought the antagonism at the end was very un-Liverpool. Also thought that the booing of the substitution of Fowler was slightly out of order  :no

Apart from that, it was good to see the strikers all making an impact and winning a game when we didn't play that well.

Great news about Rafa. Let's wait and see who the scumbag press try and unsettle next  :)

The fact that the manager was booed for taking off fowler was as farcical as the corner flag incident.

Fowler was the best player on the pitch by a mile. Scored and created goals, aswell as generally ripping Fulham peices. Rolling back the years. Great performance.

Made up for Stevey Warnock aswell, well in lad. You deserved that made. :;):

I only saw the highlights but the commentators were adament that the scoreline flattered us and that we looked dodgy at the back. From what i saw fowler worked extremely hard, looked confident and was worth his goal. Haman was the best player on the pitch. There were a few mix-ups and communication problems between players at the back. The 5 goals will do our confidence a world of good tho with some important games coming up.

Made up! :D

Good match. Dont think we played extremely well even with the scoreline ending as it did.
Happy that we got goals from Fowler, Morientes and Crouch tonight. Just hope we can keep scoring.
Glad Fowler got on the score sheet and Warnock too, deserved.

There was extended highlights on sky sports 1 from 10pm to 11pm. I watched them, i thought we controlled the game more or less from what i saw....but it showed the needless loss of possession we like to do recently......i have to say i thought Luis Garcia showed why i love to hate him, but can't help liking the way he is unaffected by the team's general morale, much like Gerrard, but he lost the ball and screwed up attacks but he still had a heavy hand in the goals. I still think he is better as a substitute coming on when we need him....he started today and played well by his standards but most of the times he starts he doesn't play as well.

Its good that all the strikers scored and/or were involved in the ones they didn't score. Hopefully that will give them a boost. Nando especially cos he missed a couple of good chances before his goal, still don't know why he started but it worked out well in the end.

As for the incident at the end, Garcia showed why he annoys me so much but Collins was bein a prik....but to be fair Lois did get a frustrated elbow thrown at him...we shouldn't have tried to run the clock down, as someone said it isn't a cup game or anything...perhaps they were tired? who knows, great day tho :D can't complain too much about scoring 5 goals after our drought.

You saw highlights. We took our chances and Hamann might aswell not been there. The midfield completely FAILED to control the game.

Thats the difference in going to the game and watching highlights. Fowler was man of the match by a mile. Hamann, not even in our top 4.

Fowler, Kewell, Carragher then Agger (even though he gave the ball away for there goal).

Pleased for the strikers tonight, agree there with Stu that Robbie pulled Fulham's defence all over the show and bought players into play really well, hopefully he'll get a run in the side now :)

3 points and lots of goals can only boost the strikers as well as the rest of the team, bring on Newcastle

that's true...but in terms of the chances created, which the highlights do show....we had more and could have scored more. i saw lucky escapes for us from bad play in midfield and defence which better teams would have capitalised on tho, but not actual good chances except maybe 3 from Fulham, 1 being the goal. but hey i didn't watch the whole match...

But anyways how many times have Chelsea/Man U come away with a result they didn't deserve?? we deserved to win tonight, maybe not by 4 goals but WHO THE FUCC CARES....just add them onto the many times we should have scored in previous games.

The glass is always half full.  :buttrock

5-1 sounds like a hammering but 2 goals in the last minute and 2-1 until gone a hour tells it's own stroy. For periods of the game Fulham looked the better team but overall a well earned victory for the reds. The goals were scrappy but should do confidence some good going into Sunday's Prem game at Newcastle and next Tuesday's FA tie.......:p

Fowler looked the most lively and capable player on the park and was surprisingly subbed, a decision that the KOP found a bit strange at 2-1 and the game still in the balance but then Nando goes and scrapes the third and Rafa's subsitutional genius strikes again :D
