How do you react to being told you've only a matter of weeks to live.  Things like that are just heartbreaking. I seen a banner of him at the start of tonights game and wondered who he was. That's just crazy. God bless him and his family. :(

Heartbreaking. Poor lad. I can only imagine how you react to the news you only have 2 weeks to live. The banners tonight were excellent.

Hope Liam gets to see one more rainbow on his way down the road where his old Liverpool heroes are waiting to put their arms around him and call him one of their own. Winning the European Cup again would be a fantastic memory to put a smile on his face. Fingers crossed eh.

YNWA Liam lad.

Can only echo this, red puts it better than i could.

The players sent him a message before the second half started (read out by the presenter) and his banner was shown on the box - heartbreaking and devastating for his family - as a parent there can be know greater loss or sorrow !

Keep fighting fella - YNWA !
