Benny you're doing a cracking job of defending the incredibly lack lustre performances of virtually all Kenny's/Comolli's somewhat expensive and questionable british purchases who to be frank have been dire. Using Lucas as an example of how these very average players can turn in to world beaters is just a tad dangerous.Lucas had an outstanding club and under 21 international career in Brazil before moving to a new country and team at a very young age.He is an outstanding example of a player overcoming adversity and getting the fans on his side.In short there are not that many Lucas's around.I just hope your right and the majority of us are wrong.

You were one of the first to castigate Hodgson and strongly advocated that he should be sacked after a matter of only a few games. He got sacked and took over a sh.it West Brom team.He had no money to spend and they are a few points behind Liverpool.

Actually looked far better in central midfield. I thought he had a decent game.

at least he doesn't throw himself to the floor every 5 mins like some of our other players...

ya, agreed with Shawn Michales, Hendo had a decent game in CM.
Jonjo too, Jonjo is younger and more willing to move the ball forward, good passing range too and confident on the ball.

Hendo is no where near the level of a first team shirt...He has blown ALL his chances this year and has proven he isn't good enough.(For now at least).
Kenny isn't doing him a favour by insisting on playing him and infact he is destroying the lad confidence if their was ever any.
Hendo might ,and this is a huge might ,succeed if he is gradually placed in a winning positive liverpool side ,surely not in a negative limited hysterical side where all the pressure is on him to deliver.

Not good enough ,not by a 100 miles.

Agree with Cool Hand Luke, Henderson had a decent game in CM. He should never be deployed on the RM and why Kenny persists with this is simply baffling. Henderson made some mistakes today but it will give him good experience. He just needs to believe in himself more because when he does you can see he has quality. Unfortunately, at the moment, he has zilch confidence and keeps taking the safe option with these 5 yard passes.

Jonjo Shelvey was great today.

I know I will get slated for this, but Henderson needs to be allowed to grow into the role he played earlier .
Lucas is the prime example of a player evolving into a very effective midfielder ,when given the
responsibility and I can definitely see similarities between the two .

Its only because of how bad Lucas was that people are giving Henderson a chance

I'm sorry but I can't stand him and the other ponytailed asscracker. I'm not saying they deserve all of the blame but I just can't understand how we could spend 20 million pounds on that piece of carbon based bipedal pooplog and 35 million on the other asscracker. I hate knowing that every day I go to work part of that time goes to funding their wages and transfer fee. If I did such a ***** poor job as they do I would be fired on the spot without a single penny for my troubles. I could find women playing better football than they do and that's actually and insult to all women around the world.

They should play for free until they start performing to an acceptable standard or terminating their contracts. I don't want to see a smile on their faces until then.

I hope you read this Jordan.

I think he's more naturally talented than Lucas , that's why I don't believe it will be to big a jump for him to convince people mate .
