tecnically, he's one of the best players i've seen in a red shirt in years. He's still a rough diamond - which has upset somig when you consider how much we paid - but i like him and think he'll develop into a great player.

He is 21 and has plenty of time to mature - learn from your Lucas mistake and let the lad develop .
He has great technical ability just needs to develop and build confidence .
Henderson hasnt shown much evidence of 'great technical ability' all hes shown is that hes out of his depth.
