I heard about Henchoz and Baros will be dropped tonight and Riise and Heskey will be recalled to the line up tonight against Pompey!

I can't believe it that Baros dropped, I thought he is doing well for us and he is trying so hard. We are fcuked up!!!

I can't see the logic in dropping these players.

Riise maybe, althought Henchoz is one of the better defenders atm sadly.
Taking off Baros who has been looking threatening, talented and keen since he got back is pretty crazy, he is also where our last goal came from of course.

I would drop owen before baros, can't work that one out.  I presume that if Henchoz isn't playing that Biscan is back at centre half?  That nutter need to be sectioned (GH)!!!

We'll probably beat 'em 5-0 now i've said that, but that would be us all over at the moment.

Biscan should never play in our central defence , he was at fault for both goals against Southampton.

I have a good feeling about Micheal Owen's performance in this game coming up, I reckon he'll bag it for us...have faith in the lad think of what he's accomplished.

According to team news on various places, it seems as though Biscan will be in the team, due to Finnan's continued absence.  I guess this means Carragher at left back and Henchoz at right.  Surely the best defence would be Carragher, Riise, Henchoz and Hyypia, with Carragher at right back and Riise at left.  Call me a simple person, but I think playing players in their best positions is a good idea, especially when the team is struggling.

Who knows.  Maybe we'll stuff Portsmouth 5-0.

If both Henchoz and Baros are fully fit then they should both be in the starting 11.
Henchoz should return to the centre , replacing the hapless Biscan , put Carragher at right back and give Riise a chance at left back.
As for Baros - he has been one of our few plus points in recent games along with Gerrard. Owen doesn't deserve his place on current form - but given our limited options ( Heskey ) then he will almost certainly start.
If there was one player who deserved to be dropped after the Southampton game it was Diouf - who was hopeless on Sunday.

Before he went to play for Senegal i thought Diouf was proving to be a useful player(not Liverpool standard but better than he showed last season), and the Southampton game was his first match back.
