YOU WILL NEVER WALK ALONE

TODAY IS THE FIRST TIME THAT I LAY
YOU'RE LFC SHIRT ON YOU'RE GRAVE
YOU ALWAYS HAD A NEW ONE EVERY BIRTHDAY
IT WILL BE NO DIFFERENT FOR AS LONG ON THIS EARTH I STAY

LOVED AND MISSED EVERYDAY
XXXXXXKARENXXXXXXX

Have placed your LFC shirt on our grave, hope you don't mind it having the number '40', not player related it just reflects the day.

Love and miss you everyday.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

that's a nice touch love.

I didn't know phil, but seeing some peoples opinions of him round here he seems like a top fella. I've read this topic from start to finish and had a tear in me eye. Any Liverpool fan is a friend of mine.

RIP Phil.
1) You'll Never Walk Alone
2) pass and move is the Liverpool groove
3) FIRST WILL ALWAYS BE FIRST AND SECOND WILL ALWAYS BE NOTHING.
4) If Torres has scored 60 league goals for Liverpool by the start of the 2011/12 season, I'll say he's better than Owen.

Gone but never forgotten..................

There maybe no tears in heaven but I'm sure a few will have been shed today as we remember the dignity and honesty in which Phil faced his illness and untimely end.

Like everyone who knew Phil I miss him and I feel blessed to have known him.

Hard to believe I’m been posting here for over 4 years!

But this is my 4000 post and I’d like to dedicate it to our gone, but not forgotten, friend DrummerPhil.

He was one of the first people to welcome me to the forum and he was always great for a laugh on here.  Whenever I think things are getting me down, I always have a read through this thread to remind myself that most things in life just don’t matter.

As long as you’ve got your health, your friends and enough money to get by you have everything you need.

RIP Phil, You’ll Never Walk Alone

WE BOTH ACKNOWLEDGE WHAT WE CAME
HERE FOR
WE TAKE EACH OTHER AND WALK THROUGH THE
OPEN DOOR
FROM THE FIRST TIME THAT I SAW YOU
TO THE WAY YOU LOOK TONIGHT
I WAS SHAKEN BY YOUR SPIRIT
I WAS BLINDED BY YOUR LIGHT

AND THE WORLD THAT I USED TO SEE IS GONE
WITHOUT A TRACE
REPLACED BY YOUR EYES AND THE SMILE UPON
YOUR FACE
AND I WILL NOT TURN AWAY
CAUSE YOU MIGHT DISAPPEAR
I WAS HAUNTED BY YOUR HEART
AND I FELT THAT YOU WERE HERE

AND FUNNY WHEN THE TIME IS RIGHT
WHEN LIGHTNING STRIKES
YOU'RE NOT ALONE
BABY,I WILL PRAY FOR YOU MY WHOLE
LIFE THROUGH
THIS DAY

WE'LL BE TOGETHER
HUSBAND AND WIFE
NOW AND FOREVER
FOR THE REST OF OUR LIVES
TAKE ME TO HEAVEN
TAKE ME TONIGHT
THERE IS NOTHING WORDS CAN SAY
ON THIS OUR WEDDING DAY

OH, NOW IS THE HOUR, NOW IS THE SOWING OF
THE SEED
I WILL TAKE TOMORROW
I WILL LAY IT AT YOUR FEET
AND THE TWO OF US ESCAPE FROM THE SADNESS
OF THE WORLD
FROM THUNDER AND THE DARKNESS
FROM THE HUNGER AND THE HURT

YOU KNOW I REMEMBER WELL THE MISSION BELL
THAT RINGS YOUR NAME
AND BABY THERE COULD NEVER BE
A MEMORY LIKE YOU

WE'LL BE TOGETHER
HUSBAND AND WIFE
NOW AND FOREVER
LOVERS FOR LIFE
TAKE ME TO HEAVEN
TAKE ME TONIGHT
THERE IS NOTHING WORDS CAN SAY
ON THIS OUR WEDDING DAY

THIS IS MY PLEDGE TO YOU
I WILL FOLLOW THROUGH TO THE END
AND WE WILL FIND ANOTHER PLANE
WE'LL BE HOME AGAIN
AND TONIGHT I'M GOING TO FIND TRUE LOVE,
TRUE LOVE

WE'LL BE TOGETHER
HUSBAND AND WIFE
NOW AND FOREVER
LOVERS FOR LIFE
TAKE ME TO HEAVEN
TAKE ME TONIGHT
THERE IS NOTHING WORDS CAN SAY
ON THIS OUR WEDDING DAY
