I always liked Cisse. He could be fustrating at times but he played with his heart on his sleeve. We could do a lot worse tbh.

And his head up his erse. Useless Bav IMHO, and although we could do a lot worse if we had a good look around, we could certainly do a lot better IMHO too.

Imagine him and Babel up front if we sold Torres

can to imagine a team with babel and cisse upfront...

two very fast strikers, who can break at speed and both have the ability to put the ball in the back of the net.... (trouble is they hardly ever do it casue their control is so pi.ss poor!)

Them two up front with Deggen bombing forward from right back. Fecking hell they'd be running into each other every five minutes, blasting it up each others erse and falling over left right and centre. The season tickets for seats thirty yards each side of the goal would come with a free crash helmet for when they blasted it into the crowd at every opportunity.

So true!   :D

And Ngog might help to shake it up a bit

Yeah also looks like we have blocked a move for NGog to WBA. Looks like Torres' cover will be NGog and Jovanovich.

Well considering the options we have at the moment and if the bloke was cheap enough I'd go for him. He is able to come up with goals if nothing else, but that's what we need from our strikers, he's better than N'gog, Voronin, Kuyt as striker and probably better than Babel aswell. He'd be a good option behind Torres and the teams approach would not have to changer too much, in that both him and Torres a direct pacey attackers who like the ball infront of them.

Though, I don't think he'd have the work rate, ability and brains to play as a lone man, but paired with Kuyt or N'gog then I think he'd be a genuine goal threat working in a two man tandem.
Football is a relatively simple game and Roy knows it ;)

Is he better than N'Gog? It's an interesting one and I hadn't considered that. I think I reckon he is yes. I really don't rate N'Gog at all to be totally honest. Both he and Cisse are IMHO clueless, but Cisse is clueless allied to searing pace which at least is something.
