like dav said, they just deserved it.
but i'm happy for their recent performances
and they deserve praise for that
for me it defo due to particularly factor "rafa"
and given such players progress we can expect there are to be other "new" players in our squad
probably there'll be new pongolle, mellor, le tallec, even patrick luzi, etc
fingers crossed

so shall we start slating carrager if Benitez plays him up front and he's sh*t.

he didnt deserve to be slated while playing centre back.

traore did cos he got many chances in his preferred position.
its not the chilli sauce on kebabs that give you ring-sting, its the actual meat. had one without chilli, and still had ring-sting. the chilli's only there to mask the nonsense they stuff inside that bread.

comparing the case to carragher is very irrelevant
90% of carragher performances have been decent
while 90% or more of biscan's performance were ******

yes, at centre back!!!

(how many times has this got to be said)

90% of carraghers games have not been played up front, thats why his performances are good.

sorry, too quick responding
but you can't compare to something that never happens
and why would you know that carragher won't be good if he's to be put up-front?
of course, little chance, but my point is:
if a player mostly play (don't care if he is put up-front, mids, defense, or even as referree) rubbish, he doesn't deserve praises, and normal to be slatted, end of
cause it's not our authority and or capability to assess or decide where a player should be put

i'd love to find those old theads as i cant remember who you were!!!

Not really a fair comment.
Biscan played very poory last season and criticism was qualified. Regardless to how improved he is this season.

have you been reading this thread or do thinmgs have to be repeated???

HE WAS PLAYED AT CENTRE BACK AND HE ISNT ONE.

HOLD YOUR JUDGMENTS ON OUR PLAYERS UNTIL WE HAVE A MANAGER WITH BRAINS WHO WILL PUT THEM IN THE POSITION THEY WERE BOUGHT FOR.

would you like someone judging you in a job you couldnt do, and didnt ask to do?

Hey Ive hoped he would come good and Ive slated him and mocked him and have no issues saying that

If he proves us all wrong then respect to him but I also think one swallow does not make a summer but I really hope he comes good  :)

He was getting played at a centre back last season, which has been forgotten about, im judging Biscan on this season, he has had one good game.

If you want to see Liverpool were they belong winning trophies, then Biscan should not be part of it, I can't imagine us playing a side and the opposition thinking sh*t Biscan is playing for them.

when Garcia had ONE GOOD GAME, we were all over him.
he's definitely bought some time in the team, and earned our patience, why not Biscan.

you keep saying he's sh*t, but he's clearly not, in centre mid. you are still judging him on last season.

If and I mean if Biscan has turned a corner result for us, it will be like a new signing as everyone had written him off.

Benitez has to be congratulated there as he is obviously doing something to motivate the players

Bizarely my concern is with the return of SG will the players continue to improve or look at SG for their inspiration I would love to think of someone like Biscan seriously challenging him.

Before you laugh and slate me think about the impact that serious competition for places will have

Were into the 4th month of this season, I think I have seen enough of him to make a judgement, your making your judgement on one game, last season I thought Jimmy was terrible and was glad to here the news of him being sold, but since the Chelsea game he has been like a different player.

Jim, are you the one that constantly backed Biscan during the course of last season? If so I would like to find the thread.

Credit where it is due...but Biscan was a bag of nerve if you watch him last season. Obviously, blame should go to GH for playing his at the back where he is not at all comfortable but we can only judge a player who played. Will you backed El-Hadji Diouf if he is played as a striker with Owen?...don't think so. Talented he might be but he is also indicipline & inconsistent.

So kudos to Igor and Rafa for his performance of late but he has not actually set the game alight, has he? Who knows what will happened next?

I was not the one who tagged him 5hite but he was clearly a liability to the team of last season and it was not a wrong call. When Gerrard and Alonso are both fit, I don't think he will get a sniff at this position.

Come back when he can justified taking over Xabi and Stevie and we will try to give you a medal for your foresight and judgement.
