Agree, totally.

Problem with GH is that he never admits he's wrong. you have to play your best players in their preferred position. In SH and Sh we had the best centre back pairing in the league, wiht the possible exception of Chelsea. GH  not only disrtupts this, he throws Biscan into the mix, which would f##k up any team in the league. Then he asks Kewell and Diouf to switch flanks.

for f##ks sake, this isn' tactical awareness, this is desperation - a lack of genuine ideas.

Why ship Babbel and Vignal, 2 specialist fullbacks out and then get Henchoz in to deputise for Biscan?

GH has had 5 years. The situation is that he's had enough time and enough money. Even when he's got his best players available to him and he can't blame injuries any more, he players em out of position.

This bloke is the Tony Blair of football. He's making a virtue out of being an obstinate tw#t.

Biscan's rubbish.  Sorry RobtheRed, I am Biscan's biggest critic.  Rubbish.  Rubbish.  Rubbish.  I love LFC.  By the way, Supersub, why wouldn't you let me post me critique of messr. Ben?  I'd love to open that forum

Good to see that penalty decision we didn't get cost us a point - not the fact Tottenham outplayed us, we have a centre back playing at right back, a centre forward who will probaly leave in the summer, a left back who would struggle to get into a school team and a manager who every week seems more and more blind to the fact that this is Liverpool he is managing, a club who shouldn't be struggling to keep up with the likes of Chelsea who have never had our tradition or history. Good luck Wolves thanks for beating the Mancs.

Non, Non et Non !!!!!  Does it take a "newbie" to explain to you the art of defending?!..Biscan was NOT to blame for either goal OR postiga going clean through the other time.

Watch the f***ing highlights again!!!

Henchoz let him run twice, Hypia made the wrong call by stepping up (instead of dropping off as he would have always done with henchoz as his partner) and keane went down far too easily.

Get off the bandwagon gentlemen.

Be honest.  It is the selection that has failed, not Igor.

God! If I only get a hold of GH. His team selction is costing us one game after another. Biscan is the heart of defense. What a joke.

Catenacio....Biscan took Keane down for the first goal. Maybe others should have helped block Keane's run, but Biscan's tackle, particularly how he swung his right foot in desperation after his bungled first attempt at a block, was amautership in the extreme......pub football stuff.

JBG, Catenacio is right, you can't completely balme Biscan.  Some of the rest of the team have to shoulder responsibilty.  The selections are sh**te as well and Biscan did badly when put under the pressure, but it wasn't his fault that he found himself in those positions, especially the first one.

He was more at fault for the second, but where was the cover.  Sami got caught thinking about playing offside instead of covering his central defensive partner.  I bet Sami feels like a t**t today!

Please don't lay all the blame at Biscan's feet(stragely ironic).

The whole defence is lacking pace and that is costing us big time.

I agree.

Biscan was poor, but Hyppia didn't cover himself in glory either. People talk about Jaap Stam being slow, but Hyypia's attempt to track back for the second goal was embarassing.

The problem is that Henchoz and Hyypia are both below avarage in terms of pace and Biscan is reasonably pacey but lacks the concentration to be a centre back.

I purpose we keep Hyypia as are number one centre back and sign someone quick to partner him. If we cannot get Boumsong I would like to see us go for Yobo(I mentioned it before you JBG, about two months ago)
