Rest of game we was dire.

Every f*cking game people expect us to batter teams no matter who they are. In reality, this can never happen. Credit is never given to the opposition. We are always dire. We are always so terrible, and Benitez is always so negative. So negative in fact we're top of the league. I've seen the team have a spine about them this season where we actually have fought our way out of the mire. How the f*ck anyone can condemn the team that they claim to support in the way they do for this is beyond me. I've an idea: let's bring back Houllier and have us pitch a tent outside our own box. Or why not call out Evans and have us play nice attacking football where defending is an afterthought? Or better still, let's bring back Souness. I hear he's up for a job. Some of you moans forget.

I have no clue what the feck have you been sniffing all day...remember a sage used to say "Football is a direct decedent of the Roman gladiator sport. Winner takes it all. Didn't matter if you looked good during the fight if you are dead at the end of it" and now you spit out these rubbish?

Did we even try hard enough to win the game when we have a numerical advantage and the opponent was obviously back tracking? No we cede the advantage and let them come to us...so your're obviously happy that we get the draw, that one point is better than no points right? you're even funnier than Houllier :lookaround

I don't get what ER has said that warrants all of this. He SUPPORTS this club so defends it. It sounds like you lot want Rafa to go. He's got us top of the league, even if Chelsea win we're a point off, and we've won our champs league group. What more do you want?
All round the fields of Anfield Road
Where once we watched the King Kenny play (and could he play!)
Stevie Heighway on the wing
We had dreams and songs to sing
'Bout the glory, round the Fields of Anfield Road

Why the negativity? Look, Im not a happy clapper or anything, but this team beat Mancs and Chelsea, so a point against them is a good result! Our performance was ok, we started brighter in the second half, until adebayor got sent off and they started playing better lol!

I thought the substitutions was wrong today, again, why take out your goal scorer, why not taking out lucas from the first, who had an absolutely :censored: game and play 4-4-2.

Lucas was an absolute disgrace, I was a firm believer that he will come good, but today he was a liability, he lost the ball a couple of times that resulted to Arsenal attacking, his first touch was attrocious and he had no influence on the game. Insua, on the other hand, looks like a tidy player, he lacks a bit of pace, but he is good defender, he put in a sublime cross that El Zhar missed the target with. Good performance from the little argie, he should get a game next time :)

A draw against Arsenal is a good result, so people calm down!

Are some people on here spastics or what? That was an analogy (yeah, Google that one) made by me to explain to a simpleton that having nice and attractive football does not f*cking matter one iota when at the end of the day, if you lose, it means sweet and utter f*ck all. Am I crystal enough on that? Or do I have to go all Socrates again? Some of you c*nts seriously need to get a sense of perspective, and a sense of memory. If you'd been following the club for over 17 years, you'd know what the f*ck I was talking about.

Not unhappy with result I am very worried in manner we play football atm.

We won't win the league if we keep playing with these tactics.

thats fair enough but would you rather be where Arsenal are or where we are? If we win the league playing like this I ain't gonna complain one bit
All round the fields of Anfield Road

Stevie Heighway on the wing

Emerald, Greavesie, JonF, Bermenstein, no point wasting your time and breath over such clueless dimwits who have nothing good to say about the club even though we just got a point off arsenal who happen to beat our closest rivals in the same style they drew us today. but on the positive note, looks like legbarnes and petar are a match made in heaven.

I take it none of us are coaches outside of football manager.  I take it almost all of us have played football or still play football.  I think most people are on the same level of football knowledge.  If you disagree on opinions dont resort to a comment like that, different styles of play require different tactics.  Doesnt mean they know nothing.

So you like watchable football? Why not support Arsenal or Madrid or Barca? You're not making much sense, Barns. We haven't played  totally watchable football since Evans, but then again we were dire back then, so did that football matter? Did it f*ck. We'd no balls back then. People slate Rafa for having no balls? I don't understand this, because for the first time in 18 years we have a manager that's instilled a sense of belief in our club.
